Try a yellow color i think it will fit better

make sure that you taillight glass IOR is set on 1,01
1.01? Glass has an IOR of about 1.54.
but this never work in vray because it will create some deformations of the inside which are not here in the real life
I think I agree with Oscar especially in case of the sls light If I reduce the ior that low parts inside the light are not as visible as they are in the real light in this my ior 1.6 I was experimenting today with 1.01 and result didn't look the way sls light does imo

A quick render of the aventador I noticed the issues with the ior of windshield after I was done and I was lazy to re render it again
Quite like this one. Get your hands on some nicer HDRI's though, these aren't really all that exiting.
