I'm wondering if you've started the '81 Cutlass yet... thanks!
oh ... jeez, sorry about that, didn't notice the picture submission there... Your pictures are actually too close to the vehicle to work properly. The best rule of thumb I can offer is to zoom the camera in as far as it'll go, and then get back from the vehicle until the greater portion of the vehicle is in view.
Okay, I'll try that and post the new photos.
My 2nd attempt at the '81 Cutlass photos
Here's another set of photos for an '81 Olds Cutlass. Please let me know if they'll work. There's also 2 photos that show the entire car, just in case they might help. Thanks!
I got a Volvo 740
I know there's prints for the Volvo 740 available here at the site, but there's no rear views and those side and front views are only half-decent..
so I was thinking, I have a Volvo 740 '88 standing outside the house that I own, I for myself would very much like prints for it
however, the left front is smashed up, but it would be okay since I can take photos of the right side on the car right?
it should be alright, unless everything is really bent out of place.
anyone got a 77 dodge monaco? heh. if so they should take pictures of it and put em on here
Wow! I find that really interesting. However, I think it is pretty tedious too.
Toyota 07 Corolla - Toyota 07 Corolla Catalog by Toyota Motors
The second set of cutlass pictures were taken from almost the same positioning as the last batch of pictures.
Please make sure you're at least 50 feet away from your vehicle, so there's less perspective per pixel. Preferably 150-250 feet away from the vehicle, if you can zoom in and get a decent area of the car on screen - half or so...
I've been meaning to make a "tutorial video" to further explain the photo taking process... which was why the long delay there, but I figured it'll take so long for me to get to that, people would start to wonder what's up
The best idea I ever heard of!!
Is there anyone who has the opportunity to take photographs of the 1970 Olds 4-4-2? Because the prints here are useless to me. In addition, I have never seen such a car here in Germany, otherwise I would have done it myself.
And if I got multimediaman right, he likes muscle-cars. So plz do us both the favor. ;-)
I'm more of a fan of older, but more subtle cars. Something like the early 90's luminas, berettas, monte carlos, cavaliers, corsicas, escorts, tempos, reliants, aries, fieros, 6000's, shadows, etc. even newer things like buick centuries, malibus, dodge intrepid, pontiac sunfires, saturn vehicles, etc.
If you've got a camera with limited zoom, make sure you get at least 50 feet away, preferably 150 feet.
if you've got a camera with about 10x or higher zoom you should be about 300 feet away,
and 20x zoom or higher, 500 feet away would be cool. The further from the car, the fewer pictures needed for good results.
Those lucky enough to have telephoto lenses will have the best time getting the car images that will work best for creating blueprints from
I hope this can be useful, somehow the zip file will not load, perhaps too big at 10 mb? my 1995 Cadillac Seville STS.
where did the pictures go?
it appears as though my ancient picture host has failed me.
Oh well, I've always wanted to update this thread anyway, just didn't expect to have to do it so soon

Picture of my '69 Ford Falcon. I've been trying to obtain BP's so i can model it, and apply paint schemes before i actually paint it. It would be very great if you could help.
If you'd need more photos by any chance, that wont be a problem.
needs quite a few more pictures, actually. I'll try to post more pictures up as soon as possible to replace the pictures that had the hosting lost.
Each photograph belongs to a certain region of the overall final image.
I get so far away from the vehicles, in optimal conditions, that I only need width regions usually... height isn't needed at that distance.
The main idea of which pictures would be needed are explained in this pic:
Ah i see what you're needing. once i get a couple days off (and can get our falcon running again) i'll probably go snap some for you.
could some1 take some bmw e28 shots?! need blueprint!
I wanted to ask if someone has got some pictures from Ford Sierra Cosworth 1989?
