1.) take your scene's ambient color to medium gray (Red: 128, Green: 128, Blue: 128)
2.) pick a non-perspective view to do the rendering from, and from within that view, clone your vehicle and rotate it so that each view desired for blueprinting is created.
3.) render off at the desired resolution for your final blueprint image.
That's the process I use for 3d render blueprints. The views from 3dsmax don't really look that good, and then you've scaled them up which blurs the features a bit too, with this method though the prints should be quite a decent image quality
