    Hi all!

Since many people for some unknown reason in his madness is keeping to ask me for my P1 model, i thought, instead of to upload for them separately, to upload this damn car for everybody.
All that u need to know about this McLaren is on the P1 thread WIP & Stills section.

The filesize is 441 MB (rar) , format is .obj hopefully it's suitable for a wide range of users. I did the car in Rhino 5 x64 Beta version. It took over 3 months of fulltime work since i'm slow.

I only ask credits if some of u will post renders somewhere, and please tell me where by PM.

Here are the links, u need to download all of them of course. Probabilly after 30 days or something the links will dead and i'm not uploading them again, so if u want it do it quickly.

For the ones who have a weak or old PC, below there are the links of the car without the tyres/rims/brakes. It's quite light so that everybody can open it.

Below there are some pics of the car, so that u know what u're downloading. If u like it, it's good, if u don't like it, don't u waste time downloading it and above all don't u bother me.

Please don't u ask me for technical questions because: 1) I don't know anything about theory 2) I don't know anything about technical terms 3) I simply track some random lines watching what eventually happens. In this case something's similar to a P1 happened.

    Hey Kangal,
Thanks for your awesome contribution, and hey your model is insanely good. Don't let stupid isocurves ruin modeling for yourself. I mean, its a lesson well learnt, and besides, nobody can see the imperfections. Keep on rocking my friend!

I've forgot to say that due its huge polycount is very difficult to import the whole car all together in whatever render engine. So my suggestion is :
    1) To have Rhino 5 x64 so that u can save it as .3dm file
    2) Once u have your .3dm file u can use the layers, so that u can import in the render engine different parts of the car separately, just like i did for the clays i've posted.

    Good luck...!

    Hi mate.
As requested, here's the lighter 3dm file (it's the same file without the tyres/rims/brakes). I've posted it in the first post also :)

    Hi mate.
    I opened your file.you did a good job.very exquisite.
But some of the surface has some problems.I think you should make it simple.try to make all surface in 1 span,it's the basic requirement of automobile surface.Because of the high light on the surface jitter,Although between the surface and the surface is smooth. But on the whole not very perfect. This is also the reason why your file so large.
Do it,my friend.you can make it more perfect.

Yes i know, we've already discussed about it in the P1's thread, WIP section.
The surfaces were all single span when i built them , then i did all the cuts u see, they're not NURBS, they're just cuts. I did them to avoid the holes between surfaces/surfaces or surfaces/fillets. But i haven't to do it of course, it has been a sort of failed experiment.
Anyway all this has no importance since i'll not model anything anymore.

No one is forcing u to download it or asking u for money dude !!!!
Anyway, if u'd read carefully the first post, u'd find a 3dm 700 MB file (270 MB compressed RAR) ...it's the one in green...

Of course, but I still thinking that you could report the number of objects and polygons in the entrance of your post. Anyway, thank you very much

If someone is experiencing problems with too big files to import model - open model in Rhino 5, then select surfaces by groups and join them, group by group. Then You can import it to obj format, I've set pretty good quality of mesh and got 800mb file to import into max. That's how model looks in 3ds max nad vray:
