Nice one Dave. The materials are 200% realistic as expected from you.

Few ppl know there was a concept developed in Dearborn named Cardinal, and i am sure this is where the Cortina stemmed from. Smaller than the Falcon, about the size of a Beetle, it can be called Ford's first "world car" project.

Those Minilites do look good.

Interesting.

I had to rebuild the scene a little - had a corrupted scene file (but had taken plenty of backups so could retrieve all of the geometry).

Lots of small tweaks. Need to get on with modelling more details.

Yes, some of the rear is modelled, though I haven't yet textured the rear lights.

Done a lot of subtle tweaking to the body shape. Had a lot of advice from Cortina owners.

Here are a few pics with all the updates, new Lotus badges, and 2 different types of wheels : Minilites or slightly bling GP5 BBS alloys.
