    wares the engine in that thing!? and the driver sits so far back, thats crazy cool!!

    i remember reading something about thtese,i cant remember exactly but i saw a video of these things somewhere.

    This is a fictional Formula 1 car, "designed" by German Motorsport-Magazine "Sport-Auto" in 1976. They developed the Tyrrell 6-wheeler to this 8-wheeler (aerodynamic advantages). The motor is in front of the driver, between the axles. The idea was, to rescue the driver completly with his seat. At that time they hoped, that a German work will participate in the World-Championship (you can read Porsche on the drawing).
