    From Autocar magazine, w/e 21 Feb 1976

    The car featured in the test article was converted to RHD for the UK market, by the importers through a chain and sprocket system!

    If you look at the top view, you can see that the RH door is longer than the LH. That's not an error, the car was built with the longer door for the LH drive curbside so it was easier to get in and out of the rear. I don't know why they didn't just make both doors the same length, it compromised any RD drive versions, which were mostly six and eight cylinders - in an "economy" car.....
