It's probably best if you use blueprints for a regular skyline, and then add on the mods from picture reference. There will be tons of images on the internet of it.

Blueprints are only meant to give you a start to your model. Blueprints are only 2 dimensional, so you really should start using images and pictures to verify everything, and modify things that don't look right on the blueprints. It's easy to trace blueprints, but you can't use them to get a sense of shape at all. Watch some car modeling tutorials if it will help.
